This 1967 Camaro Resto-Mod convertible is a relatively new build completed in March 2019 and now has less than 1,000 break-in miles. The amazing black paint was done using all PPG products. This SS Camaro is now powered by an LSA supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine producing 580HP and is mated to a TREMEC TR6060 6-speed manual transmission. It's kept cool by an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The engine compartment was shaved and smoothed, with all wires and lines hidden for a clean show car look. It’s equipped with a Vintage Air A/C system that blows ice cold. The suspension has been upgraded with Detroit Speed adjustable front and rear aluminum coilovers with DSE/JRI shocks, upper and lower Detroit Speed tubular A-arms, a big sway bar, QUADRALink rear suspension and this amazing Camaro has been mini-tubbed to make room for the meaty rear tires. Stopping power is provided by C6 Corvette Z06 disc brakes on all four wheels, with 14” rotors up front and 13.5” rotors in the rear. This Pro-Touring Restomod Camaro is also equipped with a Moser 12-bolt rear end with a TrueTrac posi-traction unit and 3.73 gears, custom fuel tank, electric fuel pump, Headman headers, cold-air intake and a custom MagnaFlow 3” exhaust. The interior is completely custom from TMI, and features front and rear leather seats, center console, trunk kit, carpet, door panels with suede matching inserts. An Ididit tilt steering column was added as well as a Billet Specialties steering wheel. The Pioneer double-DIN 7” TV screen has navigation, a backup camera, Bluetooth, and a USB plug. This Camaro also features new Dakota Digital HDX gauges with Bluetooth capability, Detroit Speed 7-speed wipers and a set of custom 18” Forgeline 3-piece wheels with 18” tires. Additionally, this convertible has a brand-new Stayfast top and new glass, windshield, molding and trim. This is a complete nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration with over 2,000 man-hours in the build and no expense spared.
To drive this amazing Camaro is an exhilarating experience to remember. Not to mention the power, it handles, drives, and rides absolutely amazing. Driving down the interstate at 70 miles per hour it is as smooth as silk. This is an amazing work of art that is perfectly suited for a trip across the Country.
